This is the house of Nicholas "... who has not even attempted to sketch out the Nicholas House in a bar?
Organizer Rico von der Gathen has realized something unique from his sketch out and put to the Nicholas House in Nicholas Village for a Christmas market set new standards. The result is the fantastically beautifully designed, super soft and cuddly Nicholas House as an experience destination for young and old: the Nicholas Kitchen, with Nicholas desk on which the golden book is waiting for you, with the Nicholas armchair, with Nicholas library and with ample space for hands-on activities.
Until 19 clock you will be enchanted here by creative deals with cultural fundraising ideas for free.
Our hand puppet NIKO and by 17 clock the St. Nicholas in human form can be found daily at Nicholas House.

Daycare centers and primary school classes
Monday to Friday, the morning is the Nicholas House is exclusively for the daycare groups and primary school classes available that are interested in the free, educational - entertaining logged creative offer and have a place reserved.
We want to put in the Nicholas House children with their teachers and educators in pre-Christmas atmosphere.

10% of the market value of works of all art.NIKOLAUS artists goes to the charity partner of Nicholas Village.
Mondays in the Nicholas Studio a large-scale community painting on canvas will be built on an easel that is to be auctioned off for the benefit of the charity partner. Of course, his own works arise to take away. The painting actions are accompanied by the Cologne school of artists and artist Ulla Feith.
Friday afternoon stands in an open day program at the Cologne Art art.NIKOLAUS the center.
Cologne painter and photo artists present a small part of their Cologne art and support the Nicholas Home Team at the free "Kölsch" hands-on activities.

Sundays throughout the day to 7 pm o´clock rotates all around literature in the Nicholas House.
We would like, in the cozy ambience of the Nicholas House, love of reading inspired by small and large, and create many reflective moments on the Sundays of Advent.
Besides the Nicholas Post workshop where bookmarks and Advent books are available on Sundays themselves, is a book table with selected reading material for children from our Nicholas library.
Visitors to the Nicholas Houses you will scroll to the Nicholas House Team read aloud or present a story for all in a cozy armchair Nicholas.
Sunday afternoon will be held at lit.NIKOLAUS charity readings. Among others previously been there: Children author and youth book author Mathias Wünsche, the children's author Tanja Weitner, author Bärbel Böcker, author Heinrich Niemeier, the Cologne journalist, speaker and presenter Marija Bakker. The readers donate their fees to the charity partner of Nicholas Village.
